TIPS for buying grains: PURCHASE FROM BULK BINS

TIPS for buying bread products: Make sure the first ingredients say WHOLE GRAIN OR WHOLE WHEAT!! NOT MULTI GRAIN or 100% WHOLE WHEAT! ("whole wheat" label means healthy components are still intact as the wheat in that product hasn’t been refined, "whole grain" is made of unrefined grains like barley, rice, oats, or flax, "100 percent wheat" is made completely of wheat, not necessarily unprocessed, and there are no standardized regulations or definitions for the label "multi grain")
