Imagine...

Feeling confident about your meal, snack, and hydration choices throughout your pregnancy and knowing what foods should be avoided and which are safe to eat without consulting Dr. Google.

Knowing your calorie intake, weight gain, and body composition changes are within healthcare provider's recommendations for a healthy pregnancy, a healthy developing baby, and safe delivery.

Learning different ways to manage and reduce not-so-fun symptoms associated with pregnancy including nausea, vomiting, extreme fatigue, food aversions, cravings, mood swings, insomnia, aches and pains, etc.

Minimizing your pregnancy-related stress, anxiety, and fear so that you could truly enjoy a healthy, and happy pregnancy.

Mom of 3 yr old Savannah.

I wish I had of started working with Bethany before my delivery. I was really sick in my 1st trimester and gained 15 pounds trying to cope with nausea. By the end of my pregnancy I had gained 45 pounds and felt very discouraged that I would ever get my "happy body" back. Bethany was a lifesaver and provided weekly guidance helping me to make sustainable healthy habit and body weight changes to get back to pre-pregnancy shape in 8 months.

This being my 3rd pregnancy, I considered myself a "semi-pro at pregnancy". However, working with Bethany every week I learned so much more about how I could eat much more than I thought to decrease my nausea and food aversions, and how I could manage a healthy weight gain of 35 pounds verses the 70 pounds (yes, I said 70) that I gained during my 1st pregnancy.

Mom of twin girl and boy, ages 9 months

As a 1st time mom I had no idea what to do nutritionally for 1 baby and then found out I was having twins! Bethany "prescribed" the perfect prenatal plan for me to ensure I had a healthy weight gain, and that I was consuming enough nutrients for the increased demands of twins. I had difficulty eating towards the end of my pregnancy and Bethany modified my meal plan and helped me determine so many additional foods I could eat comfortably.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I participate if I'm not pregnant yet?

Absolutely! Pre-pregnancy nutrition, health, and wellness education is essential for a healthy pregnancy and will set you up for an easier, and less stress free experience.

I’m halfway through my pregnancy, is this still going to help me?

Absolutely! Whether you are in week 0,25 or week 35, this program will be valuable for your pregnancy journey, delivery, and beyond!

Do you work with expecting moms who are vegetarian/paleo/gluten-free/dairy-free/etc.?

Absolutely! As a registered dietitian specializing in medical nutrition therapy, I have an immense amount of education and knowledge of various diets, and the nutrients that differ between them.

Can I join if I live outside of the United States?

Absolutely! But unfortunately we will not be able to accept your insurance for coverage.

What if I have healthcare insurance but Happy Body Wellness is not an

in-network provider?

We can still see you! and we can provide you with a Superbill after your sessions which is essentially a receipt of the services provided by a healthcare practitioner. You can submit a Superbill from your dietitian to your insurance company to seek reimbursement for nutrition services, if you have out-of-network coverage.

Unlike typical receipts, Superbills require specific information about the nature of the services, like the practitioner's license number, CPT (procedure) codes, and ICD-10 (diagnosis) codes.

Submitting a Superbill to your insurance may reduce the cost of your nutrition services.
