Your Retreat Includes:
Two night deluxe accommodations at the stunning waterfront Tide's Inn Resort and Spa
Warm welcomes with your choice of a manicure or pedicure spa service and Happy Body reTREAT swag-filled basket awaiting your arrival in the room
Gourmet meals and beverages made from locally sourced ingredients, crafted to delight your taste buds as well as tummy! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner all include recipes to accommodate any dietary needs
Education sessions and seminars applicable to real life situations led by best-of-the-best experts on nutrition, fitness, rest, and stress management practices
Your choice of a signature service: 60 minute massage, private nutrition counseling session, 45 minute personal training session, or private yoga instruction
Daily movement and more importantly daily meditation; we love fitness, food, and having fun but we a simple walk or calm waterfront stillness time will help cultivate moments of mindfulness
Small group fitness training, private yoga instruction, and 1:1 personal training to help you discover your body's physical capability, evaluate your range of movement, and help you build a plan to keep the momentum going after you return home.
As soon as you sign up, you will receive a wellness journal to start using to help you start goal setting before your retreat even begins
A copy of the Happy Body Bites eBook full of easy, delicious, and nutritious recipes discussed during the retreat!
$1,150 for single occupancy with taxes and fees included for 7/19 - 7/21.
$950 per person for double occupancy with taxes and fees included for 7/19 - 7/21.

Checking in a day early or staying a day later?
For guests staying before or after the event dates, The Tide's Inn is pleased to offer a special pre/post room rate. Email us to set up that special reservation.
Any reserved room cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night's room and tax.

FUN FILLED ACTIVITIES ON AND OFFSITE
So much to choose from including:
Poolside lounging, sweat sessions on the beach, yoga instruction on the pier, stretch and muscle rolling lessons overlooking the bay, kayaking, paddle boarding, floating, hiking, biking, sunset boat cruising, massage therapy, cupping treatments, nutrition seminars, cooking demonstrations, and much much more!
Once you have booked your Happy Body Wellness Retreat, you'll receive an email with a link to the Happy Body Wellness health and lifestyle questionnaire.
Using your responses, your retreat host will provide custom programming and activity recommendations and you'll receive your Happy Body Wellness Retreat weekend journal!
Day 2: Saturday
The fun starts at sun(rise) with yoga - only if you want! Then you'll find focus and clarity with an expert-led goal setting session all while enjoying a nourishing breakfast, fueling you up for a day of activity.
We end the day feeling energized, more connected, and more comfortable with our control and positive outlook on life.
Day 3: sunday
Enjoy the last half day by taking advantage of morning activities, educational seminars, goal evaluation sessions, workouts, and 1:1 training. Brunch will be offsite as you leave town feeling refreshed and energized with a new sense of purpose, ready to take on whatever life throws at you!
Your Retreat Host
Bethany founded Happy Body Wellness to help people discover what matters most when it comes to nutrition. There is a ton of false and misleading information out there including plenty of fads that recommend one food over another but truth is, you can eat ALL kinds of foods and still be healthy and fit. As an anti-diet dietitian, you'll never be given restrictive or unrealistic nutrition advice.
Her approach to teaching you about a healthy lifestyle takes your emotions, behaviors, and environment into account and shows you how they impact your overall health.
Bethany is a registered dietitian, culinary nutritionist, fitness fanatic, frequently consulted for her "Happy Body Bites" recipes and regularly featured on social media where she motivates, educates and inspires people to become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves.
She understands what it feels like to feel uncomfortable or disconnected from your body, constantly looking for a healthier lifestyle. She knows exactly how to motivate and inspire you to make a massive change and she knows how to get you lasting results from this life-changing retreat.
