We had Bethany come and do a Nutrition presentation at our corporate staff training day Friday. WOW! Everyone enjoyed the information, presentation, and engaging/fun energy of Bethany. Nutrition can be somewhat of a dry topic to present, but we were all sorry to see her 60 minute presentation come to an end. I would highly recommend Happy Body Wellness!
Bethany's class is freakin' AMAZING. She is clear and to the point and the intervals used for short relax as well as the learning the next exercise keeps you incredibly focused for the entire 45 minutes. The music is fun and motivating. This class is NOT impossible like I had imagined!! You finish feeling super energized and feeling STRONG with that healthy glow!
