For you donut fanatics....


Ingredients For the Chocolate Donuts: 1/4 cup coconut flour 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/8 teaspoon sea salt 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 3 flaxmeal eggs (1Tbsp flaxmeal + 3 Tbsp warm water) 1/4 cup coconut oil , melted 1/3 cup pure maple syrup, agave nectar, rice syrup or honey. (I use maple syrup) 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Oven: 350 Whisk dry ingredients first, then add wet ingredients.

Mix, fill donut pan.

Bake 15-20 mins.

Toppings: Nuts, coconut shreds, melted nut butter, dried fruit, etc. Cacao nibs >72%.
