The Happy Body Healthy Plate

Think of composing a meal the way you would when dressing your hot bod in the morning.

You need 3(4ish) things:

  • Shirt

  • Pants

  • Shoes

  • Accessories (socks, undies, etc.)

"Dress" your meal by starting with the most important things:

Step 1: Cover up your fanny (1/2 plate of dark leafy greens and colorful vegetables)

Step 2: Hide the tatas (1/4 plate of lean protein)

Step 3: Protect your toe-sies (1/4 plate whole grains)

Step 4: Dress it up with a hint of extra flair (fats, spices, herbs, etc.)
