Protein Bars as Supplements for Athletes

Curious as to which bars are the healthiest post workout🙋‍♀️

Here's my take on it 👩‍🍳

First off, I understand the need for athletes to replete protein within the muscle protein synthesis window post-workout. However, you should not be chomping down "supplements" as a snack. EAT REAL FOOD (more to come).

I support the replenishment of protein by choosing bars with NO artificial additives/ flavors/ sweeteners/ colors/ ingredients.

Below are my recommendation that I based on taste, quality of protein, amount of protein, ingredients, fiber and amount of sugar.
