Nutrition for ' Burn Boot Camp' Athletes
I recently had the pleasure of participating in a LIVE 'Q & A' session with the Midlothian- location Burn Boot Camp members.
It was an honor to be asked to speak to members about nutritional needs by one of my most favorite fitness instructors who now owns and operates the group fitness training space (clearly she knows what her members need to optimize their athletic performance).
The 45-minute open session was a great time for members to get to ask questions about all things related to nutrition and fitness performance including topics such as fad diets, macro counting, overall energy requirements, nutrition for pre- and post- training, food brand and supplement recommendations, and meal and snack timing.
